The #SomosTodosAmazônia project aims to preserve the Amazon by promoting sustainability and strengthening indigenous communities. This initiative seeks to ensure that these communities achieve self-sufficiency while also preserving their rich culture, honoring unique traditions, histories, and knowledge.
This project was created for #WeAreAllAmazon, with the objective of creating packaging and labels for the sale of jellies in jams and flour, produced by the indigenous people of Alto do Rio Negro, in Amazonia, who participated in a workshop to learn how to manufacture the products through the CAIK Project support. The design was thought to illustrate the roots of the region, with characteristics that demonstrate the manual work of the indigenous people of the region, accompanied by teachings from workshops carried out by the CAIK Project in partnership with @somostodosamazonia.
STA already benefits over a thousand Indigenous people in three communities, funding school supplies and training workshops.
